It was a pleasure to speak with you this afternoon. We're very grateful for your
offer to include information about our Woodhaven Self Storage project on the
Woodhaven website. We are extremely excited about becoming a member of the
Woodhaven neighborhood, and if the weather will cooperate, we hope to be open by
late Spring.
Our project will include approximately 700 climate controlled and non-climate
units. The facility will feature extra-wide concrete drive aisles, computerized
access, on-site resident management, and a state of the art security system
featuring infra-red cameras and flat panel monitors. The office/manager's
residence features 100% masonry and glass retail styling, with stone and stucco
accents. In addition to conventional self storage, the facility will also serve
as a full service United States Post Office (USPS) Approved Shipper, offering
full USPS mail services at Post Office prices, plus other parcel delivery
options like FedEx and DHL (the exact carriers have not yet been determined). We
will also offer a number of additional products and services not typically
associated with traditional self storage facilities.
As we discussed, I have tasked our architect to add some color to the drawings
for the office and get something back to me by early next week. I will forward
them to you just as soon as I get them.
