Develop play areas for children.
Build a community/multi-use center.
Finish connecting Woodhaven to the extensive hike and bike trails and to downtown Fort Worth.
Encourage business development in the two existing shopping areas in Woodhaven.
Build a school in or adjacent to Woodhaven.
